And see you next month to danse with Bal O’Gadjo !

Dance workshops in the afternoon

  • Beginner workshop : 2 to 3pm (5/3€) to learn the basic steps to the most common balfolk dances.
  • Workshop on waltzes and asymmetrical waltzes, 3 to 4pm (5/3€), in order to get ready for the evening ball with No&Mi !

Balfolk & jam, from 4 to 10pm (12/10€)

  • Duo Absynthe (5pm)

Le Duo Absynthe, or the twilit langor of a mazurka…
They sit, perched on the edge of the stage, as two old friends exchanging stories or talking about the weather. However, their music couldn’t be further from pedestrian and bland – they celebrate melodies with malice, jump from reference with reverence to a quick step with a grain of salt, all bound in a home distilled brew intersped with caramel.
Balfolk turns to sweet and sticky with a kick – and will leave you asking for more.

  • No&Mi (7pm)

Noémie has been playing the traditional music scene for over 10 years now, swaying our hearts and feet with the help of her diatonic accordion.
Along her journey she has crafted a style of her own, recognizable amongst all others. From the tip of her fingers to the tip of our toes, she makes us rediscover couple dances in an enchanted light.

  • Antithèse & Jonathan (Accordzéâm) as guest (4pm)

An antithetical approach to music, bringing together classic balfolk, rock and metal… Get ready for something new and different.
